Water Ways Speaker: Making Clean Water Happen

Everyone seems to talk about clean water, but how can we make it happen? Steve Woods will give you a roadmap for working with your local governments to move from talking about clean water to making it happen.

Steve Woods is Assistant Director of the MN Board of Water and Soil Resources. BWSR works with local governmentsundefinedcounties, SWCDs, watershed districts, cities/twpsundefinedstatewide to achieve community goals for water and soil resources. Perhaps most importantly, BWSR is a major recipient of money from the Clean Water land and Legacy Amendment and distributes Clean Water Funds so conservation projects can make the leap from grand plans to on-the-ground reality.
